When I saw the negative review I had to comment. Have used Bill's for snowblower, garden tiller, and lawnmower repair for ten years. Both manual and riding lawnmower repair and tire mounting. Have always been happy with the results.They will come to the house and take your riding mower back to the shop for repair if need be. There can be a wait if your item needs service at busy times (like the first lawn mowing or snow removal of the season), but this is understandable.
