My generator wouldn't start when we were at the start of a multi-day power outage. I contacted Bill's and he said to bring it on over. They had the generator repaired in just a couple of hours. Great quick same day service. more

Dependable service for 10 years 8/14/2011

When I saw the negative review I had to comment. Have used Bill's for snowblower, garden tiller, and lawnmower repair for ten years. Both manual and riding lawnmower repair and tire mounting. Have always been happy with the results.They will come to the house and take your riding mower back to the shop for repair if need be. There can be a wait if your item needs service at busy times (like the first lawn mowing or snow removal of the season), but this is understandable. more

Poor service, slow, and overcharged 12/4/2010

Snowblower took over 2 weeks for a small repair. No phone calls with updates. Had to call 3 times and beg to get snowblower done before snowstorm. I was quoted 90 dollars and charged 128 without any preauthorization. Will never return. more
