I absolutely love Casa Ole. However, the location on Eastex Fwy was Horrible. The Hostess did not say one word to us or anybody else for that matter. We got there early so it was not busy yet the hostess kept disappearing for 10 minutes at a time. She was not even doing anything that we could see but walking back and forth and according to other people waiting she had been doing that for awhile. She didnt come back for another 10 mins so I asked the Cashier if it was ""seat yourself"" since obviously nobody was helping us and she said no and finally seated us herself. When we got to our table, we had to wipe it down ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous. Our server was extremely nice and the food was ok but overall this was an experience that leaves customer service something to be desired. I've been treated better in Mexico.
