Review content:
This company is crap. There’s an amiable salesperson and a friendly telephone receptionist. The ""back end"" is different. We paid for a full service move and they hired a crew that left large amounts of stuff floating loosely in drawers. The company doesn’t have its own employed and loyal drivers so it acts as a broker, contracting with inexpensive, independent truckers. The company used local help to load a temporary trailer because ""the driver was running behind schedule."" Thus, items were disastrously loaded and unloaded off trucks multiple times. On arrival, boxes were smashed, furniture was scratched. Items were missing. The driver then ""recalled"" that he'd seen a few of them back at the depot. Concerned that items would not otherwise be forthcoming, I made a 2.5 hour round trip to the depot where a few more damaged items were handed over. I’ve since discovered that many more items are missing. The process was disorganized, slipshod, detestable. DO NOT USE GREAT PLAINS!
Pros: nice receptionist
Cons: everything else
