Went in for a tooth ache, and I've had a head ache ever since. Stay away from Sleep Dentistry of Portland. Heed my warning! We used this dental office because they are one of the few that offer sedation dentistry. What a huge mistake we made. As others have noted, their customer service and billing is atrocious. We are still (months later) trying to get things squared away. They said insurance would cover care that our insurance did not. We made payments that they say they have no record of. So I had to dig through my records and find it for them. We have been overcharged and we have had a heck of a time getting them to respond. But the worst part is, the crown they put in came off with in a two months and I had to pay the full price to have it done again. Do not use Sleep Dentistry of Portland.
