I was pleasantly surprised with this new dentist we chose that is on our insurance plan. Staff is great and friendly, I did not have to do anything concerning insurance, they verified all my coverages, and gave me my estimate cost for a root canal and a new crown on a chipped molar. The best part is that I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not have to wait which is a really nice change from any other dental or medical clinics I have used in the past. The root canal was a lot less scary than I thought it was going to be, I had a little bit of the nitros or what ever it is and was really comfortable. Unfortunately I accidentally bit down a bit to hard when they were fitting my temporary crown and cracked it.. it was my fault, but they were totally awesome and stayed with me until after hours to make sure that they could make me a new temporary and would be comfortable and have no issues until the new crown arrived in about a week. I chose a zirconia (sp?) crown with porcelain so it would be really strong and look real.. I was thrilled with the options and am very excited to get the Zoom whitening next week. We have made appointments for my wife and kids to come and get the annual checkups and cleanings. I highly recommend this dental office, So glad I found a place that actually cares. more

Went in for a tooth ache, and I've had a head ache ever since. Stay away from Sleep Dentistry of Portland. Heed my warning! We used this dental office because they are one of the few that offer sedation dentistry. What a huge mistake we made. As others have noted, their customer service and billing is atrocious. We are still (months later) trying to get things squared away. They said insurance would cover care that our insurance did not. We made payments that they say they have no record of. So I had to dig through my records and find it for them. We have been overcharged and we have had a heck of a time getting them to respond. But the worst part is, the crown they put in came off with in a two months and I had to pay the full price to have it done again. Do not use Sleep Dentistry of Portland. more

I love them; they saved a canine tooth of mine that my regular dentist said couldn’t be saved and needed to be pulled. From the minute I walked in the door and until my appointment was over I felt very welcomed. All of the staff is very warm and friendly, and they are nice to you even when you’re sedated and keep falling asleep in the dentist chair!! \r They offer a discount plan for people who either don’t have insurance, or like me your insurance doesn’t cover crowns and certain other things, plus they offer a payment plan with no interest!\r I would highly recommend Sleep Dentistry of Portland to anyone! more

When i first came to Sleep Dentistry of Portland, the staff was real friendly to me I told them i wanted to get veneers done they said they do veneers thats why i made a appointment with them and got my exam and x-rays done I came back for my next visit to get a mold of my teeth done after they got my mold in I came back for another visit they told me not to do veneers but too do crowns but i told them in the begining i wanted veneers and not crowns they said they can't do veneers and still charged me almost 600 dollers and got nothing done I will never come back to sleep dentistry of portland!!!!!!!!! more

I am going back again tomorrow! Its been a long year of a lot of dental work. I have had major dental work done by DR. Kasch! I cant beleive how long I had put it off. I am paying for it now and every time I go back I get more and more comfortable with him. I have never had any pain while in his chair or after leaving and going home! Pain free every single visit I have had! I cannot say enough about all of the staff that works at Sleep Dentistry! THEY ARE FABULOUS! Thank you for all of your hard work and decication and thanks to you I am back on track with healthy teeth!!! more

I was handed a flyer at work the other day for an opportunity on Feburary 11 to be one of the first 100 people to receive a free cleaning, fillings, or extraction. Sleep Dentistry is a blessing and a helping hand for those that do not have the means to afford health/dental care. more

I was watching the news last night and saw this announcement for free dental services provide by Dr. Kasch a trusted dentist fo over thirty years and has been offering this unique service for five consecutive years in the Gresham community. I arrived early enough to recieve their free dental services that they provided and walked away a satisfied customer. more

I was watching the morning news when suddenly an annoucement for free dentist services came on so here I am. I have not yet been seen, however, I want to say what there doing for people today is something you don't find ever and for that I want to say thank you. I believe in giving back to my community and it's even better to see others do too. more

I was excited to find out that sleep dentistry was having a free dental clinic.\r i have a great need for help with getting and recieving good dental care. my insurance dosent cover any dental work other tha n having my teeth pulled. I arrived at Sleep Dentistry of Portland at 6:30 this morning for thier annual Dentstry From the Heart program. I stood in line for about six hours for desperately needed dental work that I could not afford to pay for, but they were going to do for free today! I would gladly wait that long again for the service they provided today. Not only because it was free, but for the level of care and expertise of their service. Everyone was great. I was informed that they have a zero interest credit program and they have payment plans. Which I think is awesome. Once I have a steady form of income I plan on coming back for for all my dental work.\r Pros: To many to list more

I was there for the free dental work. Ok, I waited in line since 5:30am and was out of there a bit after noon. Of course the wait was worth it, I can't afford to have the work done otherwise. Aside from waiting in line (I met really nice people in line too), it really couldn't have gone better. Once I got in the door, it went very quickly. Everyone had a great attitude despite the redundancy of the questions they were getting asked, and they kept on point. It was well organized for the amount of people they were taking care of, so I would think it's safe to say that they can keep it together the rest of the year. I would recommend this staff. It is such a great deal for those that truely need the work done. I am a college student working part time and have been without dental care and insurance for over 5 years. I find it amazing that Sleep dentistry takes the time to setup a program for complimentary teeth cleaning, filling, or extraction! I know ""wonderful experience and dental"" usually don't fit in the same sentence. On this occasion however it does decribe the experience that i had today. I arrived at 6:12am to stand in line for a free cleaning or extraction. The staff was clean, kind, and extremely gentel. Sleep Dentistry Of Portland really gave back to the community today. I wish more companies would follow in their lead by providing free service that generally costs hundreds of dollars, which people in todays economy just can not afford.. I think that what they are doing here at Sleep Dentistry is a good thing for the public. The early morning get up for the purpose of taking care of my hygiene is worth the time plus the opportunity.
