Our Remediation and Service By Mold Aid was perfect. Very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking professional services. We had a leak from a pipe above our kitchen the insurance company came out a few days later and dried the area. A week later there was an odor in the home. Kind of a wet towel musty odor. I called the insurance company back and they said they dried it and there should not be an odor but refused to come back out. The entire family was having ichy eyes and scratchy throat after a few days so we called Mold Aid to provide an indoor air quality assesment of the home. They sent out one of their certified reps. He was very professional and was very thourough. He discovered some moisture behind the cieling with a thermal camera and another meter. He also found a problem in our basement which we were unaware of. We decided to do the remediation with Mold Aid. We had to vacate our home for two days and when we returned the entire home had been cleaned on all levels. They remediated the areas and even sealed the foundation wall so the basement cause was fixed. They were very professional and the process was very smooth. The crew leader was amazing and you can tell the staff and the crew take real pride in the services they provide. Everyone was extremely nice and professional to deal with. I must have called 30 times with questions before the work took place and they were so kind to answer all my questions and I really felt comfortable before the work started. My expectations were exceeded and we were very satisfied with the services.
