Review content:
The last 3 times I've visited this establishment I had problems with my food order. Once the burger and fries were ice cold. Next I didn't receive the correct order. lastly, I ordered their bar burgers and when I pointed out that one of the buns didn't have any meat on it, the waitress couldn't understand why I was upset since the other 3 buns had meat on them. A manager got involved and stated that he was sorry that I was upset but didn't offer to resolve the problem.
I guess they are so busy that they don't care if I stop spending my money at their establishment. (good for them)
I do not patronize this establishment any more. I spend my money elsewhere. The food is over priced and not really that tasty. As far as I'm concerned you can get better food at better values at other area restaurants.
Pros: The beer is usually cold
Cons: They are arrogant & apathetic
