Greg was prompt and personable. Told me what to expect (financially and about the repair) and even explained to me what had happened and my options for repair or replacing my unit. The very next day he returned with two other men (a bigger job than I imagined), they asked me for a bucket and sponges to scrub up the mess inside the machine (NOT the tub, but the parts around the engine where no one ever sees), and put it all back together and tested it in about 1.5 hours. I was not asked for additional money. THANK YOU to A+ APPLIANCE!!"" \r
