I scheduled an appointment with Greg from A+ Appointment. When he was an 30 minutes late I called to make sure he was coming. He said he would be at my place in 20 minutes. After another hour I called again. he said he would arrive in one hour. After another hour I called yet again and he said it would be another hour. So I gave up. I understand people are late sometimes, but he seemed not to care about my time and he never bothered to call me to update me as to when he would finally arrive. more

I contacted them in the morning. Came to my home the same day. Had all the parts needed to repair my appliance. And gave me a 10% first time customer discount on the the total repair cost.. Great company to deal with. more

AFFORDABLE PRICING 3/25/2011

"I was recommended A+ Appliance by a friend. I called set up an appointment They told me they would be there within 1-1.5 hours and were right on time. Greg was very polite and personable. He determined the problem right away, I never a seen repair guy work so fast! He had the parts I needed in the van so no wait on ordering. So impressed with this company!! 12:11p received call from Greg. 1:20pm he arrived to my house. 2:25 they were finished and dryer runs like new!! And on top of it all, very affordable! Will be recommending for sure!" more

"I was simply amazed with the excellent service I received from A+ Appliance Service & Repair. They responded on site within 2 hours of my call, as promised. The service technician had the parts in his inventory to complete my repair. The technician also took the time to respond to some questions I had regarding 2 other appliances. He made recommendation and never charged me for the time he spent discussing those recommendations. " more

I called to price several other repair companies. Their service call charge to come out was alot more than these guys. Why call the big companies when you can call a local family owned business!! more

There service call charge to come out was only 65.00 compared to the big companies 129.00 109.00 99.00 85.00ect. They are family owned 4th generation. Very clean and friendly. Will definately call again. more
