I called this guy on thursday. He said he could come out on friday and asks if he can call me back in a couple minutes to get my address. He called back 3 hours later and wonders why I didn't pick up my phone?\r

I called him 7 a.m. friday morning and gave him my name, address and told him I want a truckload of topsoil. I kept calling every hour or two throughout the day, he didn't call back until 6:30 p.m. Friday night. \r

Then he says he will come out Saturday at 11 a.m. so Saturday comes and it's 1 p.m. and the guy hasn't called or shown up. I call him and leave him a voicemail telling him I'm waiting for him and to please come as soon as he can. He calls back around 2:30 and I didn't catch it in time to pick up. He leaves a voicemail saying he's not coming since he doesn't know if I'm home or not. Obviously he doesn't know how to check his voicemail or he would have gotten my message telling him I'm home waiting for him. I also had 4 people come over to help me and we were all sitting around waiting. I called him back within 60 minutes but he refused to come out!\r

I decided to give this guy one more chance, he says he's sorry and that he'll come out Monday night after 5 p.m. because that's when I'll be home from work. I call him at 4 to make sure he's going to show up and he doesn't pick up. I left him a voicemail but he never returned my call and of course he didn't show up. This guy doesn't call, he doesn't show up, he's rude on the phone and doesn't seem to really care when he stands you up. \r

Thanks for nothing Gorilla Trucking. I went with L.J. Mascaro Trucking instead. They have been awesome and my neighbor used them, he has the greenest yard in our neighborhood! I told L.J. Mascaro trucking about my experience with Gorilla and they apologized on behalf of the industry for the guy, that's how classy Mascaro is and how classless Gorilla is.
