Review content:
This gym has no value of customer service, whatsoever. I honored an obligation of a year after having left the area only to be treated very badly by a day manager by the name of Marlene when I wanted an explanation for a ""gym maintenance fee"" I was charged two days after my final obligatory payment. She kept interrupting me about auto-renewal and it was impossible to get across what I needed explained. I expected to have been treated better after fulfilling an obligation and never even attempting to opt out. All Sparks and Spanish Springs, there is an Anytime Fitness right by the Raleys over there (which is where we used to live) and my husband had a very pleasant and customer-centered experience with them. Opt for that gym instead as it is not only less crowded and you can access it at any time, but the people actually care how they treat others. Cheers!
