This website gives so much good information for the client looking for a great deal. Sometimes this information is somewhat negative and can a real eye-opener for business owners. This is the case for the Therapeutic Effects Massage office. The previous comments about the office manager's attitude were true. Upon reading the comments, the office manager's position was terminated immediately. The owners, Franklin and Michael, have hired a new office manager. This manager is definitely more customer friendly to the clients and the atmosphere is once again back to being completely relaxed. Please come in and see the changes and check out their monthly specials.
