Review content:
I have been a customer of Therapeutic Effects for about 10 or 11 years. I am one of the original customers that came in shortly after they opened in Mt. Juliet and then moved to Hermitage. I feel that I have been treated professionally by the staff until recently. I have had a couple of bad experiences recently with the new office personnel. There is an older woman that works the front desk that makes me feel like I am wasting her time when I come in for my appointment. She has made several snide remarks to me and other customers. She has rolled her eyes in disgust when another customer walked in and asked some information. She seemed as if it was beneth her to answer the questions and be helpful to customers. She has also repremanded another employees in front of customers and this disgusts me. I think the owners need to have a more professional looking person working their front desk. Not to be downright mean...but this woman actually looks like a homeless person that they have hired off the streets. This woman coughed all over the place when I have been in the office and I just hope she does not have tuberculosis or some other disease. I hope that franklin and michael read this and will hire another front desk person that represents the massage office. I know they have better taste in employees that this one lady! Thanks!
Pros: Modest Prices
Cons: Front Office Worker
