Not a pleasant experience! Charged me for UV and scratch resistant coating on poly lenses which, after much research, I learned comes with all poly lenses. Frames I purchased from them broke at the bridge after 5 months and when I attempted to get them replaced under the warranty I received the incorrect frames and was told ""what I get is what I get"". I was told by Eyecrafters that the frames I received replaced the frames that I originally purchased and that I would have to contact the manfacturer myself if I did not believe what Eyecrafters was telling me or if I wanted to persue the issue further. If this was how I treated my customers I would have none!
