I went in with coupons and came out with an $800 bill for 2 pr of glasses. (Buy one; get one free?)Then it took a while to get them since they kept saying the glasses were not passing inspection. My time is limited and when I got them...I have to tilt my head different ways for both pr of glasses. I continued to try to just deal with them. However, over the weekend, my regular glasses got stuck in a seat cushion and need adjusted or replaced. I called today to find out what I could do. I took the opportunity to explain the issues I have had with both pair. Including there are uneven spaces between the lenses and frames. The man I was speaking to became rude. I then mentioned I was reading the reviews and they were almost all negative, It was a very short and nasty conversation when he hung up on me. And I feel comfortable going back in there? I think not! Pros: The optometrist was exceptional. Cons: The current staff has no empathy and are dollar driven.
