Review content:
On December 12, 2011, at exactly 5:30 p.m. I went to the Eyecrafters store on Pipeline Road in Hurst. To my surprise, the door was locked. There was, however, a clerk behind the desk who motioned to me that they were closed. When I pointed to the sign on the door (6 p.m. closing time), he made the same ""closed"" motion. Highly unprofessional, in my opinion. What if I needed my glasses and my flight was early in the morning?
After reading all the negative reviews, I'm actually glad that they closed early. They certainly won't be getting my future business.
This is an objective review--either you have certain business hours, or you don't. A good business will often let you in even after shortly closing, but come on, to close 30 minutes early is outrageous!
I won't even bother with contacting corporate!
I hope they close soon and a nice pizza joint takes over!
