On July 26th, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Terry from J. Anthony Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning came to check our air conditioners for Regular Maintenance. They were running perfectly but he found water in the furnaces and said it could cause a short in the electrical system and the areas underneath were most likely filled with water (they were not!) and he did not know why. \r He also said those units (Lennox) would only last about 12 years and needed to be replaced since they were installed in 1996. $12,000 would cover everything, but they never pulled a permit according to the county office. (Kevin said they did). \r Terry said he could have the old units removed and new units installed in six hours that day. By 7:00 p.m. (ten hours later) they hooked up the air for the bedrooms but had to finish the next day. The workers looked everywhere for the condenser pipes and finally found them completely buried. That obviously was the reason for the water accumulating in the furnaces. When I brought this to the attention of Kevin he cussed me out and hung up!\r On 8/4, 8/17 and 8/26 I asked for an itemized bill (for possible rebates) but Kevin refuses to comply.\r \r
