Wanted a 4 ton air conditioner unit they talk me into 3 ton, after a year of nothing but problems and adding 3x freon into the unit maybe because they dropped the unit when they installed it and it still does not work it never shuts off and the temperature rises instead of going down, I was told by the salesperson my duct system was not working right which they should have told me up front since they were under my house. Well I went shopping around for new ducts since they do not do that kind of work. 6 different local well known companies came over with estimates. They all said unit is too small for the square footage since a 3 ton actually has a 2 1/2 ton compressor for energy saving purposes which only cools a place of 800 sq ft. mine is 1100, because the output thru the ducts is sufficient enough and it also probably has a leak since you do not add freon into a brand new unit 3x. I have been getting the run around with all those excuses of no insulation, leaky ducts etc. Now i am stuck with it and replacing it with a NEW 4 ton by another company for a LOT LESS money they have charged me to begin with. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW THAT A MOBILE HOME NEEDS A BIGGER UNIT TO COOL DOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO NO GOOD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I SHOULD HAVE Cons: ALL
