Review content:
I would have to agree with the previous review. We went to the new Roseville location (8680 Sierra College Blvd) because of the positive reviews in the local newspaper. However, we had a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere was like a fast food restaurant with servers - there was no tablecloth or placemat and hard metal chairs - all tables were extremely small - yet, the prices were more in line with a moderate priced restaurant with a better atmosphere. We got the fish, chips and slaw. It was served in a plastic basket with no bread offering. They wanted $1.95 to substitute vegetables for the french fries. The portions were small and we left hungry. However, the worst part was the Alaskan Cod was tough - I have never had seafood with the consistency of rubber before - the waiter made to offer to replace it when we complained. I would never return here and would not recommend it - for the poor atmosphere, high prices, and poorly prepared seafood. Pros: Best tasting tartar sauce - not much else. Cons: Poor value, poorly prepared food, fast food atmosphere.
