Review content:
Where do I begin ... I wouldn't live here again if they halved our rent. This place has been a total pain in the ass. Construction quality is poor. They've got hardwood floors and granite, but not much else. It's noisy. I can listen to the guy in the apartment above us take a piss. We have had leaks and mold in our unit. Office staff is ok, but not terribly competent. And I know two people that have been burglarized in the past month. Security isn't close to what it should be - there are some basic things the management could do to really improve things. Ah yes, and the bugs in our place....in short don't do it. You can do so much better. Can't wait for our lease to run out.
And as a final note to the staff who will inevitably read this - do you really think two 5 star placed advertisements will convince anyone on the background of numerous scathing reviees? rather pathetic. Best focus on improving things for your residents, rather than planting false reviews in online forums.
