I desperately needed a cut and color and a friend recommended Alicia at Phoenix Rising Salon. I called on a Thursday and she stayed late to fit me into her schedule (on a Saturday, no less!!!). I've never had so many compliments on a haircut before. She did such a beautiful job on my color that I didn't get any comments about ""dyeing"" my hair. The whole staff is wonderful but Alicia is the best!!! I already made my next appointment.
