Wow.... wow..... wow...... I feel like a brand new woman. I was referred to this salon from a friend of mine.... Of course, I was used to my own stylist, but thought I would respect my friends input and give it a try.... Kind of like trusting somebody with your newborn!!!\r
\r
I was so intrigued with the professionalism and knowledge from my first phone call to set my appointment, that I was so looking forward to my visit. The day had come, and mind you, I was a bit nervous as I was straying from my ""comfort zone"" unaware of what was to come..\r
\r
I was greeted upon my appt., when I entered the salon my first instinct was ""everybody"" including client and staff had a smile on their face, which eased my mind. From that point on, I was pampered and treated like an individual, not so much as a customer. I was lucky enough to get my appointment with Cynthia, the owner, and nothing but the best happened from then on. I am so delighted with my color and style, as it appeared the rest of the patrons were also extremely satisfied. \r
\r
I have already scheduled my next appointment at Phoenix Rising, and just want to share with others how wonderful this salon is.
Pros: the entire salon and staff
Cons: none, I am overjoyed
