Review content:
To set the record straight here and I am embarrassed to admit: I was walking around town with ruined polished toes for about four weeks. The summer is coming and hectic and I had no time for a pedi and short on money. But with the hot day like yesterday I found myself at this spa. It is hidden away next to a Fire Station and had no parking which was a bad thing, but I saw it when walking out the Wholefood across from the street. \r
Due to my bad fortune lately, I cut down and do not often go for mani/pedis about 6 mons. Yesterday, however, I decided to pamper myself and to hike out here and give them a whirl.\r
Worth every mile and my precious penny. \r
I walked in around 3:30 on a hot Wed afternoon and opted for a mani/pedi. The massage chairs for the pedi was a great bonus, and between that and the leg massage, it was all I could do to stay awake, I was so relaxed and content. Very impressed when before she did my manicure (she talked me into doing the new OPI gel), she cleaned and sanitized the pedi tub. Bonus point here. The manicure was well done too, and I loved the hot towel and hand massage. While I was at the drying station, praises of the waxing skill of the girl here dropped into my ear and I decided to help my diet this week by skipping a lunch for an eyebrow wax. I tell you: I felt great I made the right decision. I usually mess up a nail within minutes of them being done, but that didn't happen here. Even after plenty of typing today, they still look perfect as the girl guaranteed. \r
I may just have to treat myself to this more often, if my fortune changes next week.\r
