Sunday morning 8am I got up and my refrigerator was half defrosted. I looked in the phone book and called five companys for service, then waited two hours not even one return phone call. I then looked on line found Ace and called them and a technician called me back within 20 minutes and was out within 90 minutes. He fixed my refrigerator for under $130.00 and gave me a lifetime guarantee on the part he installed. My 87 year old father lives next door to me and has had a washer problem for about three days, I asked the technician to look at it and he found a sock stuck in the pump. He removed the sock and repaired the washer at no charge for my father..I insisted on paying him for my fathers washer and he would take no extra money. That is great customer service. Ace has my business for life.
