I have never been so insulted in my life! When we first arrived tonight we were the only people in the restaurant. I place an order for the fresh spring rolls (vegetarian) and tofu pad thai. I was really excited about the food we ordered after I had read previous comments and tasted their peanut dressing on my side salad. Our waitress was very attentive until she brought out pork spring rolls. I very politely explained there was a mistake and we had ordered the fresh spring rolls without the pork because we do not eat meat. She then starts to argue with us saying no that is what we ordered and we would have to pay for them. I asked to see the menu and showed her exactly what I pointed to and read directly off the menu when I ordered. I was not upset that the mistake was made I was shocked and insulted that she still continued to argue with us. I was not going to pay for rolls that have pork in them just because she misunderstood us. I spoke to the manager and received the same horrible treatment from him, even though he was not even present when I placed the order. The whole time I remained calm and respectful but they still insisted we would have to pay for the rolls we did not and would not be eating! I asked her to cancel our pad thai order and bring me the check for the side salad. She brings back a check for 14.95 which was beyond ridiculous for a small side salad. I really wish she had not been so demeaning and rude to us because I believe the food would have been good. But seriously I have never experienced that kind of terrible service ever!
