Review content:
This is the second time that I know I have being charged more then my water comsumption. We pay more then our neighbors that have four kids.\r
I am in the home and my wife works most of the day. We have installed water features with sensors so there is no run off, No leaks. And everytime i call to complain i'm told that i must have a leak.we are being charged grossley.\r
Our meter can't be read from a kneeling position with your face in the box. I have taken pictures with a good mega pixel camera and the meter can't be read. I asked my neighbors to see if it can be read and they say it can't be read.\r
The out come I 'm looking for is that the meter be changed so that it can be read properly..\r
I have filled with the BBB, and my next step will be to start a class action suit for anyone who can prove with documintation that they are being overcharged..\r
I would suggest you take a photo of your meter everyday and add the consumption at the end of the month to check for inconcistencies.
Cons: Where being charged for water that we are not useing.
