Mad Hatter is about as antiquated as businesses come. They do not accept credit cards, will not answer any question politely, and have absolutely no way to set up automatic payments. Their service and their employees are dull. I have had nothing but problems when it comes to having to deal with their ""customer service"" reps who would rather read you their standard operating procedure (from the manuals they apparently keep on hand at all times) than hear your question and provide a realistic or personalized answer. All in all, if I HAD a choice, I would not be one of their customers.
