Wow! My Wife and I and my agent where pleasantly surprised. Heck, forget being nice...we where possitively floored. Final Analaysis Home Inspections far exceeded our expectations. They truely cared about our best interest. We thought our last inspection (recommended by a realtor) was good until we met Dan. He found things that even the seller did not know about. We where shocked to discover the foundation footings where unstable in this newer home. The repairs cost $12,000 that the seller took care of. What a close call. Thanks Final Analysis for your extreme competence, thoroughness, professionalism and detailed reports. This is the best money we spent during this real estate process.\r

I highly recommend Final Analysis Home inspections. They truely are experienced proffessionals that care. Don't worry about the cost of the inspection, because it could cost your far more if you don't have Final Analysis on your side.
