I think China Chef is one of best Chinese restaurants in the Shelby Township area. As the above reviewers mentioned, you get large portions for your buck and the food is delicious. The staff is very patient and do not grunt with you request substitutions. My favorite is the Almond Chicken but everything I have ever ordered was delicious. Highly recommend! They could probably make a mint if they decided to expand to a dine-in restaurant.
