Review content:
We contacted Arrowhead in Spring '07, and the owner, Vinny, responded and came right away. They replaced the roof quick and on time. However, one month after the job, we noticed one shingle slightly popped up, which we wanted corrected. Also, a small piece of wood broke off from our attic roof, which we simply wanted to get advice on. We called Vinny, and called. We left him over 40 messages with his answering service! We also sent a letter. He DOES NOT RESPOND. It is just courteous business practice to respond and follow up, but no, not him. We never heard from him again. To this day, we still try to contact him. It is incredible. We are lucky that our problem is minor, like a popped up shingle (for now), and it is not a major leak. I would not recommend him at all. I don't know how he remains in business. I hope to get the word out to protect others.
