Review content:
I have been going to McIntosh Trail for 5 years, and have never felt like they were doing anything more than the minimum. They force patients to come in for an office visit ($90) to get prescriptions refilled among many other faults.
The straw that broke the camel's back? As I said, I have been a patient for 5 years, requiring only annual routine visits. I just switched employers and the HR folks failed to get my insurance coverage set up in time for my annual visit (Not MTFP's fault). Rather than allowing me to go through the visit, they wanted me to pay the whole office fee up front b/c the insurance company did not have me on file. They should have seen me and billed the insurance BAU, and then bill me for whatever the insurance did not cover which would have been $0 since HR is in the process of settling their paper work issue. Any how, this is just a place in business to make money, not help people.
