I was greeted by Ramon Barragan when I arrived on the lot, and he set the tone for what ended up being a pleasant and, I dare say, delightful experience. Ramon claimed he had not had an official class about the features of the Prius PHV, yet he was able to research and answer all of my questions promptly, as well as explain many features that I did not know even existed. I found myself getting even more excited about becoming the owner of this unbelievable car. Ramon transitioned me smoothly to Mike, and by the time I was signing the papers, I realized I was still anticipating a hassle that never materialized. Yes, that's right. I bought a car and it wasn't a huge pain in the neck, and it didn't eat up my entire day. I love love love my new Prius PHV, and I'm glad my relationship started in such a positive way. Thanks Moss Bros Toyota!!
