...was absolutely outstanding. My family and I arrived at the dealership on Friday evening to be greeted by Victor Morales. Victor took the short amount of time we had available to show us all of the features of the 2010 Toyota Prius. Once my husband and I knew that was the vehicle for us, Tommy Ernandez was exceptional at providing us with purchasing options that fit our budget. Tommy was NO PRESSURE, NO NONSENSE, and NO GAMES when it came down to providing us with a solution. We were treated the way every customer should be treated and that means EXCEPTIONAL, WORLD CLASS SERVICE! Marlene Diaz in finance had all of our documentation prepared and explained our terms/conditions clearly. We were in/out of finance in less than 30 minutes! Lastly it wasn't just about getting the right vehicle but Tommy and Victor ensured that we knew where the service department was as well as the process to drop off our vehicle in the event the service department was closed. \r
