I went in expecting not-so-great service because I had read the previous review, but I was pleasantly suprised to receive very good customer service throughout the whole experience. I found the mechanics to be very helpful and friendly. Everyone was working hard- doing their job. The mechanic that helped me made sure that I undertood what still needed to be done with my car, and answered all my questions. I got a really good price, thanks to the coupons. I also made sure to check to see if they did the outside windows and the floor mats (which they didn't do with the previous reviewer), and everything looked good. Only took 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. It was overall a pleasant experience. Fortunately nothing close to what the last reviewer experienced.
