E Z Lube 72

I went in expecting not-so-great service because I had read the previous review, but I was pleasantly suprised to receive very good customer service throughout the whole experience. I found the mechanics to be very helpful and friendly. Everyone was working hard- doing their job. The mechanic that helped me made sure that I undertood what still needed to be done with my car, and answered all my questions. I got a really good price, thanks to the coupons. I also made sure to check to see if they did the outside windows and the floor mats (which they didn't do with the previous reviewer), and everything looked good. Only took 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. It was overall a pleasant experience. Fortunately nothing close to what the last reviewer experienced. if only i could rate this a ZERO. \r \r if your looking for courtesy, & cleanliness DO NOT come here. \r If you want slow, rude, & disgusting service then come on down!!!\r \r I wanted to like e-z lube and hoped that dispite all the unlawful practices that by 2008 they would have their stuff together, guess not. \r \r It took about 1/2 hour to get service and it seemed like there was a lot more talkin going on than working. \r \r Last but not least one of the employees left with a girl on his ""break"" and all the guys got excited and cheered him on. The guy returns about 15 mins later and tells the guy at the register ""yeah, on a table"". Then the guy at the register starts telling a customer in spanish that the other guy just came back from having s3x with a girl on a table. The guy at the register just says it out loud in front of other customers to hear. \r \r Unfortunatly, the guy who just got ""his"", hops in my car and starts working on it. Now you know he did NOT was his hands!!....disgusting. This was my 1st and LAST exp. @ e-z lube.\r \r oh! and when i went to get in my car, they had shut off the engine and left the car in reverse (gear). And you pay for a 14 point oil change right? which includes them washing your windows and vaccuming your mats......HA!!!!\r \r {{slapps self}} ""never again"" Pros: Coupons, Location Cons: Everything! more
