Review content:
I was told that the repairman would come to my house between 2 and 4, so I arranged my schedule to accomodate this. We were also told we would receive a call before they came AND receive a call if they couldn't make it by 4. At 4:40, I heard nothing from them and needed to wake the baby up from a nap and feed him and run our errands. So I called them (to be nice to the repairman so that they wouldn't make a wasted trip out in the rain at this point). She said they were still planning on coming later, but I told her that wouldn't be necessary . I told her that I would have appreciated a call at 4 to let me know they still weren't on their way and we were going to go with someone else. She called me a b-tch and slammed the phone down. Classy gal. I guess she has never heard of the ""internet"". Or maybe their business is so abundant that they don't mind losing a few customers. I am not sure if the repairman are any good but I hope you don't have to deal with this lady! I will make sure to let all my neighbors know to stay away from them as well.
