Review content:
I continue to be impressed with every facet of Leith Honda's business. I am a loyal service and sales customer and can't imagine going anywhere else. I recently purchased a 2011 Civic from them and worked with Eric Stewart. If you're in the market, it simply does not get any better than Eric. He's knowledgeable, isn't afraid to tell you his opinion, and truly works on your behalf when negotiating price. As long as I'm in Raleigh, I'll be buying my cars from Eric. If I had a gripe about anything, it's the purchase process, but I think that is certainly an industry-wide issue. From the time we agreed on price, it was at least two and a half hours until I walked away with a vehicle. There is SO much paper and procedure, it seems like the dealership industry has in no way embraced newer technology. But again, that's an industry problem, not necessarily a Leith problem. Go see Eric, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!
