Nahru Williams at Leith Honda of Raleigh was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in both his explanation of our options and his follow-through with every detail of the sale from beginning to end. Everyone at Leith Honda including the salesmen, the administrative personnel, the service manager, the financial officer, and the dealership manager were welcoming and pleasant. There was no heavy pressure to purchase add-ons, but the options were available and fully explained. It was clear that Nahru and the rest of the staff wanted, above all, to make it a good enough buying experience for us that we would want to buy another car from them again someday. In this time of seemingly decreasing emphasis on customer service, it is very nice to make a purchase where you are treated as a person and not just another number. I would highly recommend Nahru Williams at Leith Honda.
