I have lived in my house for only 3 months and my kitchen ceiling has leaked 3 times now my outlets do not work but have been"" fixed"" 8 half way fixed because casey the owner of YPM is to cheap to properly fix the issues correctly. Casey also has an issue with profanity when speaking to woman after complaining about these continued issues he repeatedly cursed at me and told me to get the f*** out! Do not rent from them they are slum lords.
