Best I ever dealt with 10/16/2013

Windsor Collision replaced a mirror that got busted off in a car wash but it had been busted before and the people who put that one on used an aftermarket one. Windsor Collision didn't even try to go to aftermarket. They went straight to the dealer and I really appreciated that. You can tell how much better that thing fits than the one that was on there previously and I got charged half of what the other place did for the same job. more

Windsor Collision has done a perfect job. 9/25/2013

I've been to Windsor Collision three times. The first time I had minor collision damage to the rear tailgate. They fixed that perfectly. You wouldn't know it ever happened. The second time I had several scratches from a fallen tree that I had to drive over. They removed those perfectly. The third time was for collision damage to the rear tail light, bumper, and quarter panel and it was all fixed perfectly. They are responsive, caring perfectionists. I'd give them my recommendation. more

Positive, good, and professional experience 8/21/2013

This is my second time using Windsor Collision. They handled my claim well. On this particular time, I went in to have an estimate for the damages on the car and they provided me with all the necessary information for insurance purposes. Unfortunately, because the other driver was uninsured, I couldn't get my car fixed. The first time I went to them, they took care of some hail damage and the service was excellent, which is why I went to them again. They took care of me and that's what matters. more

Windsor Collision were extremely pleasant. I had been in a fender bender. They took care of everything as quick as possible. They dealt with the insurance company for us. Just the very best! 3/12/2013

In every way Windsor Collision provided superior care for my auto. Not only did they do a fine job of repairing my front bumper, but they replaced the Honda insignia on the front without charge, and left my car cleaner inside and out than when they received it. They are an outstanding organization which I will assuredly patronize again! more

Great customer service! Professional and wonderful to work with! 1/31/2013

My vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision. I decided to use Windsor Collision Center because they are close to where I live. I am very happy that I chose to use them. The owner and his daughter are very nice and very professional. The entire process was easy and quick. They got me into a rental vehicle and had my vehicle fixed quickly, even though it was during the holidays. I would definitely recommend their service to others! more

Windsor Collision was very good to work with. They did an amazing job on my car. You can't even tell it was in an accident. They stayed in touch with my car insurance, and made sure every broken part was replaced with good quality parts. They are very knowledgable about cars and how long it would take to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Mirror replacement 12/17/2012

They replaced a review mirror on my ford focus and where very competive on price. They did gave me options and where extemely prompt with completing the work. I would highly recommend them! more
