I recently read the only review on the Hampton at Pearland and was not only appalled by the accusations but deeply saddened. They simply are NOT TRUE! I placed my loved one here several years back and received nothing but miracles from them. My father was difficult to handle, believe me, he lived with my husband and I prior to us placing him there. But the Hampton knew exactly what to do in order to make him thrive throughout the remaining stages of his disease. The staff are the most caring and genuine people you will come across in this business. We looked at several places before deciding on them, even did a few trial stays. The others turned out to be nothing of what they said they were. The Hampton Pearland did! It's very sad that you only see the bad reviews, and may I point out, the ONE and ONLY bad review, and never the good ones. Even though my father has passed on, we still remain good friends with The Hampton and recommend them to every one we can. The current management staff there is the best they've ever had and you will not meet any others who are as willing as them to go not only above and beyond the call of duty for their residents, but for their family members. I urge anyone who reads this to not fall prey to false bewares. Call the Hampton, talk to other family members, go see for yourself. If you do, you'll see that the residents are not only CLEAN, but active, social, and thriving. Even the residents who are in their later stages and not able to do as much as the others. Very few places that claim to be as good or better than the Hampton CAN'T stand up to their word. The Hampton does. Like my headline, they are someone you can trust.
