Review content:
Do not rent from Playa Vista Property Management! I've been living at the Da Capo Building and they do not care about the tenant's needs, maintenance request are never completed, they NEVER return security deposits, treat tenants with no respect, no working elevator (even though it was promised to be fixed over a year ago), they have not paid for the cable for several months so we have no working cable (the cable is included in the rent and lease agreement), trash is never paid for by the management company so it overflows outside and is disgusting! The management company just wants to get as much $$$ out of you as possible, but does nothing about all the problems in the building. The women in the main office, Patty and Susan, are incompetent and rude (never return calls or emails)! This place is not safe and if you are smart you will stay FAR away. Read the other reviews at (www.apartmentratings) for Da Capo Building and you will see I'm not the only one with these complaints...it's been like this for years and only getting worse!!
