Playa Vista Property

Hi, I live right next door to one of the buildings they are managing. Proudly displaying their sign.. This place is in Venice Beach on a nice walk street, but it is the dirtiest building on the block. A real disgrace for such a valuable property. This company prays on owners of properties that don't live in the area to see how bad their property is taken care of.. This company never cleans the property and rents to drug dealers. There is feces in the tenant parking area that is never cleaned up. But the tenants don't care because the do drugs all day. The police are called to this building each week for loud fighting and disagreements with the drug clientele. I have called Playa Vista many times to try and inform them in a nice way that all of this is going on, and I did speak to this Susan person also, what an animal she was.. I hope this helps. started doing business with Playa Vista Propery Mangement about a year ago. I have multiple properties and I needed a company to mange all of my units. I decided not to go with a huge management company so that I would not feel like ""just another client"". They cater to each of my needs, and special requests. Playa Vista Propery Mangement are always professonal and I will continue to let them manage my properties for years to come Pros: Love it more

I live in the De Capo spot in downtown LA, I love it. I have had the worker guys come out twice. The completed the work the same day. And the guys were pros ( I have lived here since 2006) Not too bad considering it's an older building and you think you would have more issues. I will continue to rent from them even when I graduate from school. Pros: professional staff, clean building, close to work, school Cons: none that i can think of more

Do not rent from Playa Vista Property Management! I've been living at the Da Capo Building and they do not care about the tenant's needs, maintenance request are never completed, they NEVER return security deposits, treat tenants with no respect, no working elevator (even though it was promised to be fixed over a year ago), they have not paid for the cable for several months so we have no working cable (the cable is included in the rent and lease agreement), trash is never paid for by the management company so it overflows outside and is disgusting! The management company just wants to get as much $$$ out of you as possible, but does nothing about all the problems in the building. The women in the main office, Patty and Susan, are incompetent and rude (never return calls or emails)! This place is not safe and if you are smart you will stay FAR away. Read the other reviews at (www.apartmentratings) for Da Capo Building and you will see I'm not the only one with these complaints...it's been like this for years and only getting worse!! more
