When I first walked in, the place looked rather funky (like my mechanics garage -- stuff everywhere). They have since fixed it up.
I've had two lap-tops serviced here (they both blue-screened on me) and my GF's desk-top. They did a great job getting me up and running. With one lap-top, I still had problems -- I brought it back and they got it going with no extra charge.
I've seen a local retailer who is a heavy computer user in the Computer House, as well as a well-known song-writer. I have to admit I was skeptical (since the store-front is a bit run down). But like my car mechanic, I won't go anywhere else.
