Review content:
Went in last Friday to but a Hyundai (2009) that was advertised in NE Times. Was immediately told that since I didn't have a trade in the price goes up $6000. After 2 hours of going back and forth I was offered a KIA Optima to pick up Monday(8/3). Was told KIA was owned by Hyundai. They had all my financial info to process everything and made an appt. with Anthony(sales manager) for Monday. I e-mailed and left a voice message for him to call me as I wanted all the paperwork done before I got there and neither was answered. Went in to sign paperwork and pick up the car and was told they sold the KIA they had for me and that the only car they could get a bank to finance was a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. Then I was told that Hyundai didn't own KIA anymore and they weren't getting anymore KIA's in. Said that a new finance team started that day and was still working on the loan. Finally, the finance manager came out and told me that they couldn't do anything as my credit report said I was deceased since 2003. That's when I left. Immediately went to another dealer and got exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for and putting through the financing took less than half an hour. I was in and out of the dealership, with my new car, in under 2 hours.\r DON'T GO TO NORTHEAST TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING
