It's now been less than 2 months since I purchased my vehicle and I'm at a grand total of $1,700 in repairs that (to no surprise) wasn't covered by the dealer warranty or the extended warranty! Awesome, right?! I strongly suggest that whoever uses this dealer take into consideration that whatever car is in the Northeast Auto Outlet lot can be found at any other GM lot. Take your time and DO NOT resort to these people - they lied to me, treated me like dirt one month after purchasing the truck and now am financing something that doesn't run properly. Please do not fall into the same trap I did and shop somewhere else. Actually, we will be protesting this Saturday (5/3/2008) across the street from the Northeast Auto Outlet at Grant Avenue and Academy Road for whoever was screwed by this dealer. Wear yellow as the protest is based around lemon cars and the outlets poor business practices!
Pros: They keep the cars clean while they're in the lot.
Cons: They don't give one sh*t about your car once you leave the lot!
