There aren't words to describe how unappreciative and rude the management are at this store. I have frequently purchased items here before, and given that word of mouth and my business as well as the business of other mothers is what keeps this shop afloat, you would think they would not treat us horribly.\r

Driving my daughter to the park for a playdate, I passed the Has Bin and saw a really nice slide set out front. I picked up my cell phone and called the shop to inquire about the price. I was told that she wasn't going to tell me, that I had to stop and look myself. When I stated that I didn't have time to stop this second, she told me I had to stop on my way back. I said ""oh well I thought you'dbe able to check the price for me."" She said ""Absolutely not, too bad."" and hung up on me. \r
