I purchased a huge amount of carpet from this company almost 3 years ago. It has not worn well even though there are only 2 of us in the house and it is vacuumed often and shampooed. No animals. I called the owner before it was 3 years old and he said that it would not be covered in the warranty. I recently had another room carpeted from a different company and the owner who saw it told me that it was unusual for this carpet to look this way after only 2+ years. I am extremely happy with the carpet from the second company. I would never go back to Marathas. It took several phone calls before he called me back and was just truly uncaring about the condition of the carpet and unwilling to do anything, including come look at it. Now I just have to live with this carpet until I can afford to do it all over again. My previous carpet lasted and looked great for 25 years!
