Review content:
We initially had decent experience and decided to go back to order additional carpeting. The installation guys arrived 4.5hrs late, no phone call, no apology. Just a ""do you want it done or not"". They ended up destroying the house. Dents in the walls not only in the room but all along the hallway. Worst quality I have seen. Radiators were all banged up. \r

And for a finally, they dropped the shop vac at the top of the our stairs and watched it plummet downstairs. Dust and filth everywhere and my floors are all dinged up. \r

We called them half a dozen times and they never bothered to have the courtesy to respond to any messages.
